I served as one of five judges for the 2023 North Dakota Junior Duck Stamp competition. We looked at over 750 submissions from North Dakota elementary, middle and high school students and picked first, second, third place winners and honorable mentions in four age categories over four hours. There is a lot of artistic talent in North Dakota! It was a wonderful four hours!!
